Chocolate Salted Caramel Popcorn

- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave on high in 30 second intervals, stirring often, until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
- Coat the pieces of Just the Caramel Corn with the chocolate until well covered. Sprinkle popcorn pieces with sea salt. Set in the fridge for 20 minutes or until chocolate has set.
- Drizzle with melted caramel (optional).
