Preparation Instructions
- Crush 1 1/2 cups of Oreo cookies and G.H. Cretors Just the Caramel Corn popped corn and mix together in a large bowl.
- Melt butter in a saucepan set over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Working quickly, pour over crushed cookie and popcorn mixture, tossing until evenly coated. Cool slightly.
- Take mixture and press into a 9x9-inch nonstick pan. Layer with vanilla ice cream and place in the freezer for a few hours.
- Remove from freezer and cut into sections. Drizzle with caramel sauce and enjoy!
