Preparation Instructions

  1. Crush 1 1/2 cups of Oreo cookies and G.H. Cretors Just the Caramel Corn popped corn and mix together in a large bowl.
  2. Melt butter in a saucepan set over medium-low heat. Add marshmallows and stir until melted. Remove from heat. Working quickly, pour over crushed cookie and popcorn mixture, tossing until evenly coated. Cool slightly.
  3. Take mixture and press into a 9x9-inch nonstick pan. Layer with vanilla ice cream and place in the freezer for a few hours.
  4. Remove from freezer and cut into sections. Drizzle with caramel sauce and enjoy!
