Preparation Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl until fluffy and pale. Add egg and vanilla and stir until well blended.
  2. In a smaller bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt. Add slowly to the butter mixture, making sure the flour gets fully combined.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips and popcorn. Scoop and drop tablespoons of dough onto a parchment-lined cookie sheet, spacing the cookies about 2 inches apart.
  4. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden. Cool for 5 minutes on a cookie sheet and remove to rack to cool completely.
