1 bag G.H. Cretors Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup oats
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1/2 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Line a 9x5 loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, stir the peanut butter and syrup together until smooth.
Add the oats, almond flour, cocoa powder and chocolate chips and stir until coated.
Gently fold in G.H. Cretors Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil popped corn.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down firmly.
Refrigerate until set before slicing and keep stored in the refrigerator or freezer.
