Preparation Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°. Place a layer of parchment paper on cookie sheet. Set aside.
- Pour G.H. Cretors Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil popped corn onto the cookie tray and add the pecans.
- Melt butter in the microwave for 20 seconds. Stir to smooth out. Pour over the popcorn and pecan mix evenly. Do the same with the caramel. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 15 minutes, stop to mix, then bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let it cool off for 5 minutes before serving.
